End-to-end capability

One workflow.
Fewer compromises.

Every handoff adds time, cost, and risk. Warwick brings the essential optical production steps under one roof to move faster and maintain control.

Diamond turning

Ultra-precision production of aspheres, freeforms, mirrors, and complex optical geometries using multi-axis Nanotech platforms.

The expertise moat

Equipment can be purchased.
Judgment cannot.

At sub-micron tolerances, small changes in temperature, vibration, feed, air flow, material behavior, and dozens of interacting variables determine the result.

Warwick is built around more than a decade of direct diamond turning experience - the practical knowledge required to diagnose defects, optimize a process in real time, and execute complex geometries with confidence.

to optical polymers.

Experience across materials used in defense, aerospace, medical, telecom, sensing, and industrial systems. Select any material tile for details.

Germanium lenses are widely used in thermal-imaging cameras and infrared sensing systems.

Crystalline silicon lenses and optical windows serve infrared imaging and detection systems where low weight and thermal conductivity matter.

Zinc selenide focusing lenses are recognizable components in high-power CO2 laser cutting systems.

Chalcogenide aspheres enable compact, cost-efficient thermal camera optics.

Calcium fluoride lenses and prisms transmit ultraviolet through infrared for spectroscopy and laser systems.

Diamond-turned aluminum supports lightweight telescope mirrors and reflective optical systems.

Copper mirrors combine excellent heat transfer with reflective performance in high-power laser systems.

Electroless nickel provides a diamond-turnable optical surface for lightweight aerospace and telescope substrates.

Optical polymers enable lightweight freeform lenses for displays, imaging, sensing, and volume production.
